Autoria is one of Norway's largest car dealership groups, built around personal service and lasting quality, since 1937.
Autoria is one of Norway's largest car dealership groups, built around personal service and lasting quality, since 1937.
Challenge
Autoria's visual identity no longer reflected the company's direction. Without a clear brand strategy and outdated look, Autoria needed a complete rework. This flexible design system could support future growth and be easily used by their in-house marketing team across various applications.
André listens attentively, thoroughly researches competitors and target audiences, and consistently delivers outstanding results. His process challenged us to make strategically sound decisions. For anyone seeking a designer who combines creativity with strategic thinking, André is an exceptional choice.

SOLUTION
During my time as a partner and designer at Duties, I co-led the development of a new brand identity that unified Autoria's dealerships under one clear and recognizable banner. Built around a modular design system, the identity is simple, approachable, and trustworthy. It is designed to grow with the company and is easy for the in-house team to apply across every format.
The graphic language draws from Norway's roads and landscapes. Colors like Snow White, Asphalt Black, Moss Grey, and Sea Green reference both the natural surroundings and the man-made elements drivers encounter every day. The new brand symbol nods to road geometry and topography, tying the identity back to Autoria's core purpose in a subtle but meaningful way.
Flexibility was key. We built the system around pre-defined image ratios and a consistent grid, making it easy to scale content from print to digital without losing structure. Photography and videography guidelines ensure a cohesive visual tone—bright, clear, and aligned with the brand palette. Typography was kept straightforward and user-friendly, using a single font weight and contrasting sizes to guide customers naturally through headlines, body text, and calls to action.
